Please review these carefully, as your commission request may be denied if they do not correspond to my terms. These terms are subject to change per commission cycle. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at my email [email protected].- I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it does not correspond to my terms of service.
- I retain the rights to my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to use said artwork for self-promotion on social media or uploading to my personal galleries. If you would like your commission to be privately handled, please let me know and I won’t share it anywhere!
- You have the right to use your commission for any personal use not commercial use! Just give credit!
- All payment transactions and invoices will be conducted through PayPal invoices in USD
- Do Not Claim, Trace, Copy or Edit my work

-Realistic Animals or People_________________________The Commissioning ProcessYou can commission me through Kofi, my Commission Form or email me at the email below.When commissioning through Kofi or the Commission Form, i will send you an email from [email protected] to let me know that you I accept your commission, will put you on the wait list or have denied your commission (if I deny your commission through Kofi, I will refund 100% of your money) .When e-mailing, include these details of who or what I'm drawing, any changes you'd like me to make, clothing, poses, and overall vibe of the piece you'd want me to make. Not required, but the more reference, the better!-References and/or detailed descriptions of the character(s).
-What you want the character to be doing/acting, or the general gist of their personality, so I don’t totally mischaracterize them for OCs or fanart. I greatly appreciate reference pics!
-If you would like a background in your commission, specific details and/or image references would be super helpful if you have something specific in mind for reference.
-TL;DR; if you want something specific, I gotta know the details!
-I will ask for your PayPal e-mail address once I accept the commission for invoicing! I will never send you any invoice until I accept the commission!
-Next, I will send you a sketch of your commission - typically between 1-3 days from the confirmation! Once you approve the sketch to move on to cleanup, I’ll begin on finishing it as quickly as I can for you, updating you on every step of the process to catch issues or desired changes! I’ll always send an update every 1- 3 days for anything you would like to be changed and for updates!
-Lastly, I will send the final image to your email or if you prefer a different place like a social media platform, let me know.PayPal Payment Process and Refunds-Payments are made in USD through PayPal invoicing. I will request your PayPal address after obtaining all necessary info I need for the commission from our e-mail exchange!
-Payment through Kofi is due upfront! Payment through the Commission Form or Email can be either 50% upfront and 50% later or all due upfront!
-Depending on the complexity of your commission, I ask for 5 days to 2 weeks to complete it, depending on my queue, the commission type, if I can't get the right lighting to take the photo (if it's a traditional drawing I would take a photo of it in sunlight), and life in general. We’re all just trying to live out here, but I am a quick worker and usually have a maximum turnaround time of just under 1 week!
-If you have a certain deadline in mind for your commission, let me know! I’ll do my best to meet the deadline so long as it’s not literally impossible to do or really last minute!
-You cannot change what you want your commission to be after approving the first sketch and sending payment. Basically, no going, “can I change the entire character and pose to this instead?” when I’m basically at the final stage.
-I am okay with doing smaller changes/adjustments where requested- I ask if any are needed during every WIP check-in!
-Do NOT include your address in your PayPal messages or transaction, as I’m not sending you a physical product.
-Please do not send me ANY form of payment without my consent and knowledge. I will always inform you by e-mail when I send you a PayPal Invoice to pay for a commission!LAST UPDATED12/28/2023
